Notification of Annual General Meeting

Dear Members & Supporters:

In accordance with the Bylaws, notice is hereby given of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Lifesaving Society Manitoba (The Royal Life Saving Society Canada – Manitoba Branch Inc.)

Date: Saturday, March 21, 2020
Time: 7:30 – 8:15 PM
Location: Homewood Suites by Hilton, 1295 Ellice Avenue

As part of the normal business of the meeting, elections to the Board of Directors will take place.  The Nominating Committee of the Board has prepared the following Slate of Directors:

Board Chair (two-year term)
Sarah Painter

Director (two-year term)
Kristen Olsen
Kayla Saarinen
Ashley Walus

Director (one-year term)
Pete Whittington

In addition, Amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws will be up for discussion and vote.  Copies of the current Constitution and By-Laws, and the proposed amendments, are available for review at the Lifesaving Society Manitoba office during normal business hours.
