National Lifeguard – Pool

Dates: December 26 – December 30

Times:
– Thursday, December 26 – Sunday, December 29 from 8AM – 7 PM, including a one hour lunch break.
– Monday, Dec 30 at 9AM – 2 PM.

Prerequisites: Successful completion of Bronze Cross, must have a valid Standard First Aid or Aquatic Emergency Care & CPR – C, and must be 15 years by the start of the course (the first day of the course). Please send documents to mu.aquatics@umanitoba.ca.

Participants are required to purchase for the course: Alert, Lifeguarding in Action – Approximate cost $43.00 & National Lifeguard Award Guide – Approximate cost $24.00 and a Fox 40 whistle. (Textbooks and whistle will be available for purchase at the ALC desk on the first day of classes).
