Bronze Medallion

Prerequisites: Bronze Star or at least 13 years of age by the exam date

Take your lifesaving skills to the next level! The Bronze Medallion program expands on the core principles of water rescue: judgment, knowledge, skill, and fitness.

You’ll learn tows, carries, and release methods for challenging rescues involving both conscious and unconscious victims. The course also develops stroke efficiency and endurance through a timed swim.
