As Secretariat for the Manitoba Coalition for Safer Waters, we manage communications and initiatives of organizations and agencies committed to drowning prevention in Manitoba.

The Manitoba Coalition for Safer Waters exists so that all Manitobans have the knowledge and skill to make informed decisions about their safety and safety of others when participating in activities in, on, or around the water and ice.

Coalition members meet regularly to discuss collaborative efforts to improve the safety of all Manitobans

Through the Coalition, we administer Community Safer Waters grants https://mbsaferwaters.ca/grants/ and the Lifejacket Loaner program https://mbsaferwaters.ca/pfd-loan-program/
